How to purchase 

Spa gift experience vouchers are available to purchase at reception of the following centres:

Please note:

Once your gift voucher has been purchased please ensure you retain the receipt and give this to the recipient along with the voucher. The gift voucher receipt must be presented by the recipient at time of redeeming voucher at reception. The gift voucher will not be redeemable without the receipt.

Gift vouchers are not available to purchase online. 

Medical Information and Conditions
Please inform staff if you have any serious medical conditions
which may restrict or prevent you from using the spa and we will
be able to advise you further.

Please be aware if you have any infectious skin conditions, open
sores or wounds you will not be able to use the facility for your
own and other guests safety.

If you feel unwell whilst using the facility, please inform a staff
member. In an emergency, please use the nearest emergency
alarm.

Minimum Age
Please note, the use of the thermal spa and treatments are only
available to those 16 years and over.

Spa Temperature
The temperature of the spa may be up to 40 degrees celsius.
Please make sure that the temperature is comfortable for you.
Any customer found trying to alter settings on the sensors in the
steam rooms with ice will be removed from the facility. Any issues
with temperatures should be reported in the first instance to a
member of staff.

Spa Attire
All users must wear suitable swimwear at all times.

Spa Conduct
We would appreciate if the following code of conduct could be
adhered to within the spa:
-Refrain from using mobile phones in the spa area. Please keep
these in your lockers at all times.
-Do not bring any food or drink other than water into the spa
at any time.
-Dry off before entering the Relaxation room (where applicable) and refrain from placing wet bathing costumes directly onto the furniture.
-For health and hygiene reasons please do not take any
cosmetic/beauty products into the spa. This includes shaving
within the sauna and steam room and using shampoo/
showers gels etc within the monsoon showers.
-Please be a considerate guest. The spa is designed to be a calm,
quiet, relaxing environment. Share public spaces respectfully
and consider other users with a private, safe and healthy
approach. Non-compliance with the Spa Experience etiquette
may result in your access to the facilities being withdrawn.
