What to expect on the day?

Having built your fitness plan, we'll now walk through each stage of it, and explain why it matches your SMART goals we identified in our last meeting.

From there, we'll head straight to the gym floor to make sure you know how to use any of the equipment you need to reach your goals and help you track your workouts.

Your plan is stored on Active Wellness, an app which allows you to record all your activity and track your progress. Don’t worry – we'll show you how to find, use and track your new fitness plan on the day.

What to bring to your Get Active session

We'll work through your fitness plan so come prepared to workout. Don't forget to bring a towel and a drink.

After just 45 minutes you'll be ready to start your new fitness plan!
