Les Mills The Trip is an immersive cycling experience that takes you on a virtual journey through a futuristic world. Using a unique combination of video projection and music, The Trip will transport you to a world of neon lights, vibrant colours and stunning landscapes. 

As you pedal through the virtual world, you'll experience a full body workout that incorporates intervals, sprints and climbs. The class is designed to challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling energised and inspired.
