1. Multiple purchases are allowed. Payments are up front and must be made at the time of purchase of the card.
2. Christmas gift experience vouchers are available to purchase from Friday 10th November 2023 to Friday 5th January 2024.
3. Gift voucher receipt must be presented by recipient at time of redeeming voucher at reception.
4. No refunds will be allowed after purchase.
5. Gift voucher balances will remain active for 12 months from the first use of the card, not including initial purchase.
6. Gift voucher experiences must be redeemed by 31st December, 2024.
7. Gift voucher experiences only available from selected leisure centres and not online.
8. Gift voucher experiences are available to purchase at the following centres only:

Please note:

Once your gift voucher has been purchased please ensure you retain the receipt and give this to the recipient along with the voucher. The gift voucher receipt must be presented by the recipient at time of redeeming voucher at reception. The gift voucher will not be redeemable without the receipt.

Gift vouchers are not available to purchase online.
