We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to relax, familiarise yourself with the surroundings and complete a consultation form if required.

Please be aware that if you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may have to be shortened and re arranged accordingly to avoid any incovenience to other guests.

All users must wear suitable swimwear at all times.

Please inform staff if you have any serious medical conditions which may restrict or prevent you from using the spa and we will be able to advise you further.
Please be aware if you have any infectious skin conditions, open sores or wounds, you will not be able to use the facility for your own and other guests safety.
If you feel unwell, whilst using the facility, please inform a member of staff. In an emergency, please use the nearest emergency alarm.

The temperature of the spa may be up to 40 degrees celsius. Please make sure that the temperature is comfortable for you. 
Any customer found trying to alter settings on the sensors in the steam rooms with ice wil be removed from the facility.
Any issues with temperatures should be reported in the first instance to a member of staff.

Please note, the use of the thermal spa and treatments are only available to those 16 years and over.
