NATIONAL FITNESS DAY 2021
Wednesday 22nd September 2021 is National Fitness Day, and we're encouraging as many people as we can to get up, get moving and join in!
The last year or so has been a challenge for many of us, and it has been difficult to get motivated to look after ourselves physically and mentally.
With that in mind we are jumping on the back of National Fitness Day to help kickstart your journey back to wellness or simply remind you how good it feels to move!
How to join in on Wednesday 22nd September...
STOP what you're doing and join Andrew, one of our advanced fitness instructors at 10am LIVE for a 10 minute workout on the Active Northumberland Facebook page!
Whether you're at work, school, at home, shopping....JOIN IN for 10 minutes at 10am!
Andrew will be aiming to reach as many people as possible for a 10 minute workout which will be suitable for ALL AGES!
Watch out in your local centre for various Technogym challenges throughout the day!
