I'm a paying member but not able to access your facilities, what can I do?
We are automatically freezing all of our Direct Debit members accounts, you do not need to action anything on your end.
Are children's swimming lessons still going ahead?
All swimming lessons are now postponed until further notice. All payments have been frozen and any pre-paid lessons will be carried forward. You do not need to contact us to arrange this.
I paid my direct debit in March, you closed your facilities on 21st March therfore will I be refunded or receive a discount for the days in March I was not able to use your facilities?
We are not able to issue refunds at this time as our main workforce on furlough leave, when we reopen we will arrange to issue discount vouchers which can be used to access a range of services we offer in our centres.
I wanted to cancel my membership, am I able to go about this now so that when you do reopen I still won't be charged?
Please complete the cancellation form in the same way, which is available here, however as most of our staff are furloughed we can not guarantee when this cancellation will be actioned, no payments will be taken though as all DD are frozen.
I have a party / event booked later in the year, when and how will you contact me to let me know if going ahead?
Once we are back, all sites will be contacting all party bookees, if the party is in the very distant future we should see no reason that this would not be able to go ahead. We will be able to discuss your options with you.
