What activities will I earn loyalty points on?
Members will earn 10 loyalty points for the following activities.
- Gym sessions and all fitness classes
- Lane swimming, swim for all sessions, fun for all and aqua splash
- Badminton, table tennis and squash
- Basketball and 5-a-side
- Soft play, mini soft play and Clip n climb
- Exercise on referral session and Momenta weight management sessions
*please be aware that points cannot be earnt or spent on bowling
How do I view the balance of my loyalty points?
You can find out the balance of your loyalty points by asking our reception teams. It will also be on your receipt from any activities booked with reception.
Plus, you’ll be able to see the monetary value of your points on the app. This total will be visible when you go to book and pay for activities.
How are loyalty points allocated?
10 points are allocated to members for each activity and session they book, and not-cancel/non-attend
How do I spend my points?
There are many ways to spend your loyalty points. You can pay for activities on the app using your loyalty points or use your wristband to pay for things in our centres.
Don’t have a wristband or the app? Simply pop into see our reception team or call our customer contact centre and they’ll be happy to help.
Will my loyalty points expire?
All unused membership loyalty points will naturally expire on their anniversary of being earned. Loyalty points previously earned before 31st March 2022 and not redeemed by members before the 31st March 2022 will expire on 1st January 2023.
