A junior membership offers a great introduction to exercise. Designed for juniors aged 11-15 year olds, each member will receive:
- An introduction to fitness. A session with a qualified fitness instructor to ensure they know how to use all the equipment safe and correctly
- A fitness plan. Designed to guide them into the world of exercise with a set routine
- Active Wellness account. Where they can see, track and monitor their fitness routine
All of this being completed in a one hour session. On completion of this session they will be able to book:
- Dedicated Junior gym sessions; although Juniors accompanied by an adult aged 18+ and over can attend the gym at ANY time.
- 'Swim for all' and public swim sessions.
- Dedicated Junior fitness class sessions
- Suitable fitness classes* when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+
*Not including classes that involve lifting weights - eg BodyPump, Barbells, Kettlebells
For gym sessions, please be aware that Juniors are not permitted to use the heavier free weight provision, including squat racks, smiths machines, larger cable stacks and pure strength equipment. This is to ensure their safety as they start their fitness journey with us.
