What about those who want to focus on mind and body? Our Yoga and Pilates instructors are ready and waiting to soothe, stretch and relax you. 
 
Looking for low impact? Then we have Aquafit, Studio Cycle and Body Balance to meet your needs. 

Our state-of-the-art, spacious gym area features the latest Techngym equipment; treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and strengthening machines. 

We have so many ways to work out. Our functional training zone has everything you need for a varied workout for core strength and stability. Our skills areas include rowers, bikes and a skills box. Both of these areas can be used individually or as part of an instructor led session. Our strength area has an extensive choice of weights. 
 
If you are looking for support for your workout then speak to a member of our friendly fitness team. We can guide you through how to use the equipment but are also on hand to create a personalised training programme for you. This includes setting you up on MyWellness so you can track your progress as you work through your training plan. 

We are so proud of our pool area at Berwick Sports and Leisure Centre. A main pool, learner pool and an aqua splash zone means we have plenty of space for everyone who wants to train, learn or just have fun. 
 
For serious swimmers we have a 5 lane swimming pool which is 25m long. Our learner pool has a moveable floor allowing us to use it for both aquafit classes and our learn to swim programme. 
 
Interested in learning to swim? We offer an extensive swimming programme, which includes our Learn to Swim pathway. Get in contact with the team to find out more. 
 
We also have a viewing area from the main reception for those wanting to watch the kids enjoy their swimming lessons. You can enjoy some fresh food and drinks for the Hive cafe while you watch.

Soothe your muscles, relax your mind in our luxury spa. Our thermal spa experience includes a spa pool plus a sauna, steam and aromatherapy rooms.

We love our new nature themed soft play area. Purpose built for our younger customers to keep them entertained on rainy days. 
 
Suitable for kids up to 12 years old, we suggest bringing comfortable clothes to play in, and we ask that children please wear socks at all times. Parents can join in with children on the equipment free of charge. 

Prefer to watch? Our spacious seating area gives you a great view of the action, meaning you can chill out and enjoy a hot drink or a tasty treat at our Hive cafe while you watch. Plus, kids meal deals are available to keep the little ones energy levels up after all the fun!  

Welcome to Hive, our deli-style cafe where you are free to sit in, relax and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee. Or why not help yourself to our freshly prepared meal choices developed to offer a highly nutritious and quality food choice using local suppliers and ingredients. 

Experience our welcoming and accessible space which plays host to our new bowls rink.

We are delighted to host local clubs, as well as welcome anyone interested in the sport to give it a go.
