Why do it?
Health walks are designed to encourage you to make walking a regular part of your life. You get to enjoy the fresh air while participating in effective exercise as you meet other people and take in the stunning surroundings. All walks are completely free. Occasionally, we will organise special ‘away days’ which cost a small amount to cover the cost of transport.

Who is it for?
These routes are marked as ‘Long’, meaning they may be challenging to some with steep slopes, steps and uneven surfaces, and take approximately 90 minutes and over to complete and tend to be walked at a faster pace.
