Why do it?
Strengthen your whole body and improve your fitness and wellbeing from the comfort of your mat. With particular emphasis on core stability and postural muscles, you’ll increase muscular balance and improve your posture and joint mobility. Pilates also has mental health benefits. Who is it for?
Pilates can be tailored for all abilities and is a great exercise to improve balance, posture, general fitness and wellbeing.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
