What is it?
Junior Gym sessions are exclusive to those who have our Junior Membership (aged 11-15yrs) where one of our fitness team will be supervising the session and able to ensure you reach your goals.
Upon taking out a Junior Membership we will arrange for you to have an intial consultation to understand your fitness goals where we will prescribe you your own unique training programme, showing how to use the equipment safely.
Make sure you've donwloaded the Active Wellness app so that you can access your training programme on the go and track your workouts.

Who is it for?
Our machines provide a variety of resistance and weight options so you can work to your ability and our instructors ensure you use the equipment correctly.
Please note that Juniors are not permitted to use the heavier free weight provision, including squat racks, smiths machines, larger cable stacks and pure strength equipment.
