The gym has an extensive variety of equipment, most with integrated entertainment provision. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to make sure you get the most out of your visit. Last admission to the gym is 45 minutes before closing time.
If you prefer a structured approach to fitness you can try one of over 50 classes held at the centre each week.
Space Jack's Adventure Soft Play area is a haven for under 8's - your little extra terrestrials can battle their way past the space bashers and through the giant ball pool on the ground floor, before tackling ramps, crawl tunnels and bridges over three floors!
Cafe @ Leisure serves up a mouth-watering array of drinks and snacks and overlooks the pool and has separate seating in the soft play area.
Waterworld has an Ofsted registered creche where children under five years can stay and play for up to 2 hours, while you enjoy a swim, fitness class, gym session or just a well earned coffee at leisure.

Waves, slides and water features.
Pool inflatable available during school holidays and weekends. No swimming lanes are available during these sessions.
Dedicated lane swim available for uninterrupted length swimming.

Dedicated women's session. For age 18+. Children aged 14-17 years old may attend if accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+.
A mixed class of 20 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes step and 20 minutes toning. (or aerobics, toning, and hula hoops and pom-poms at Wentworth Leisure Centre)
A 15-minute class focusing on core stability, strength and toning for the back muscles and abdominals. Members only.
A high-energy, shallow-water aerobic workout in water.
Train like a boxer in this energetic, fast-paced workout.
Combines moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into a high-energy aerobic workout.
An express 30-minute bodyweight workout using high-intensity training techniques (HITT) to set your metabolism on fire!
For 8-13 year olds.
An all-over workout for a lean, toned body using hand-held weights.
A mat-based class designed to focus your mind and body on your core stability and postural muscles.
Uses barbells and adjustable weights to achieve all-over toning and conditioning. Choosing your own weights will determine how hard you work.
Gives you great aerobic fitness. A group-based static-cycle class where you can work at your own level by controlling the resistance of your bike.
A high-intensity conditioning workout both in and out of the pool. Keep your shorts and T-shirts on and prepare to work hard!
Shapes, tones and stretches the body by moving into and holding set positions, as well as creating inner peace and harmony.
A really fun dance class for boys and girls. Disco, hip hop, street and stage and other dance styles.
