Concordia Leisure Centre has recently opened a brand new Clip n Climb facility - an exciting new leisure concept for all ages (4+) which offers a stunning series of climbing-based fun for all the family!
Youngsters can also GO WILD in the Zoo at our brand new 4 storey softplay facility!
Our popular free-form swimming pool has amazing interactive water features that will delight younger swimmers.
Concordia has excellent indoor sports facilities including sportshall, squash courts and studios.

A gentle aerobic class for the more mature exerciser. An opportunity to keep fit and meet new people.
A Latin-inspired, low-impact exercise class in water.
A 45-minute, water-based workout in the pool. This class uses the resistance of water to provide an effective workout without too much stress on the joints. (Active Life class is more gentle.)
Combines moves from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to create a class that tones, strengthens and stretches your body.
A varied full-body workout using a range of studio equipment.
Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long energetic routine.
Uses barbells and adjustable weights to achieve all-over toning and conditioning. Choosing your own weights will determine how hard you work.
A fun workout designed to challenge people of all fitness levels. Each session combines drills and circuit-style exercises offering an all-body workout.
An 'express' 30-minute class that tightens, tones and improves functional strength like nothing else.
An express 30-minute bodyweight workout using high-intensity training techniques (HITT) to set your metabolism on fire!
A mat-based class designed to focus your mind and body on your core stability and postural muscles.
Gives you great aerobic fitness. A group-based static-cycle class where you can work at your own level by controlling the resistance of your bike.
