Ready for your workout? Make sure to book

We are counting the days now until we are able to welcome you back to our centres on Saturday 25th July.

We are just as excited as you are to be able to get back to work and provide great experiences in our facilities. Of course things aren't going to be exactly how they were, but we are confident that we have everything in place to enable you to exercise safely.  

 

To facilitate our re-opening, we are requiring all members to pre-book their activity, which will be live on Sunday 19th July. The easiest way is via the Active Northumberland app, but you can also do it through your member portal accesed on our website.

 

 

So, the detail and the why...

We have seen many of you are really keen to get back to the centres and to get your exercise fix in once again, however we are sure you appreciate that we want to ensure that we can open safely and ease us all back into the new way of things.

Following governement guidelines, we do have to restrict the number of people in our facilities and activities. Which is why, which we think is only fair, we are only welcoming our members to use the facilities initially.

Our members will be able to pre-book up to 3 activities, this might be a gym session, a pool session and an exercise class or a combination of any. Once you have completed one activity, you are then able to book another. We think this is a great way to ensure all our members can access their activity.

You can book your activities up to 7 days in advance, we have reduced the pre-booking period so that we can continue to learn and adapt as the weeks go on.

As ever, when pre-booking please always consider your fellow members. If you can't attend please cancel your slot so someone else can make use of it.
