Please be aware, all Active Northumberland facilities will be closed to the public from Saturday 21st March 2020 until further notice. This also includes our phone lines, please follow our social media channels for updates and join us for live workouts with our team.

We have always stressed the importance of physical activity to our communities we work in and now more than ever it is just as important. Please keep in touch with us via social media as our team will be here to continue to enable everyone to exercise wherever they are.

All fitness memberships and Learn to Swim scheme members payments will now be automatically frozen if paying via Direct Debit. You do not need to contact us, as we are experiering a high volume of calls.

All fitness memberships and Learn to Swim scheme members payments will now be automatically frozen if paying via Direct Debit. You do not need to contact us, as we are experiering a high volume of calls.

If you have prepaid for an activitiy, we will carry this forward and extend your service e.g if you have a 3 month membership this will be extended. This will be automatically applied to your account. This also applies to swimming lessons.

All class bookings will be suspended  - you may get a telephone call if you are booking into classes moving forward. We would appreciate if you could cancel your booking in our systems via our app or website, as this will reduce the workload on our teams.
 

I'm a paying member but not able to access your facilities, what can I do?
We are automatically freezing all of our Direct Debit members accounts, you do not need to action anything on your end.

Are children's swimming lessons still going ahead?
All swimming lessons are now postponed until further notice. All payments have been frozen and any pre-paid lessons will be carried forward. You do not need to contact us to arrange this.
