UPDATE 8.01.202 - Due to delays in system migration, our bookings system are still offline and we expect to return to normal on Thursday 9th January. We will post an update through our channels as soon as they return online as normal.
Due to server changes, our online and reception booking systems will be down from Monday 6th January until
Wednesday 8th January 2020 Thursday 9th January 2020.
During this period you will not be able to make any advance bookings of activities or classes via our app, through our contact centre or reception.
Customers not booked on to activities before 6th January will have to visit the centre who will be able to advise if spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.
If you have booked onto an activity prior to the 6th January this will still be recorded and our teams will have you registered for when you arrive for your activity.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this period. We will be hoping to restore systems as soon as possible to minimise impact.
