Looking for a career in sport and leisure?
A second recruitment fair is to take place on the evening of Monday June 25th at Blyth Sports Centre for those looking for work, or an apprenticeship, in the sport and leisure industry.
The free event will take place between 4pm - 7pm . Those attending will be able to find out more about the variety of job roles within Active Northumberland, the charitable trust that delivers leisure services across the county. These include Leisure Attendant (Lifeguard), Receptionist, Soft Play Attendant, Gym Instructor and Fitness Class Instructor.
There will also be the opportunity to find out more about the skills, qualifications and experience needed to be successful in gaining employment in the leisure industry.
In addition, you will be able to find out more information about the pre-apprenticeship course ( Level 3 Diploma in Fitness, Coaching and Operations) taught by TyneMet College at Blyth Sports Centre and to find how this qualification can help lead to employment within Active Northumberland.
