Our new fitness classes are exclusively for young people. These are specialist, instructor-led sessions that give young people independence in our centres. Up to this point, young people had to be accompanied by an adult to use our facilities, and these new classes mean that they can now come on their own.
The classes are for those aged 14 and 15 years old, and is aimed at those who have taken out the Young Person’s Fitness membership. You can see the classes that we currently offer using the links below.
