Fitness class timetable

What's happening at what time

From an energising bootcamp to aqua Zumba, you’ll find the right class for you at Concordia. Whether you’re training for a fitness goal, want to try something new or simply want to have fun, take a look at our timetable below to find out more about our diverse range of classes. Please note that 14 and 15-year-olds cannot attend a repetitive, weight-based class. If you are unsure, please contact your centre. You must be 16 or over to attend fitness classes and the gym unsupervised. However, we do offer specialist classes for 14 and 15-year-olds to attend without adult supervision which you can find here.

Swimming timetable

What's happening at what time

Whether you want a relaxing swim or an energetic fun session, you’ll find a swimming session to suit you in our timetable below. When bringing children swimming, one responsible adult may accompany two children aged between four and seven or two children under the age of eight, where one child may be under the age of four.

Please note, the following swimming sessions are limited to a 45 minute time period per user: Early bird swimming, Fun sessions and Adult Swim. If the pool is at maximum capacity upon arrival, you may have to wait up to 45 minutes to use the pool. Users are given wrist bands and will leave the pool after 45 minutes.
