Fitness class timetable

What's happening at what time

Whether you want to dance yourself fit with Zumba, build your strength with Body Pump or try something new, we have a class suitable for you. For serious training or just a bit of fun, view our timetable below to find your perfect class. Please note that 14 and 15-year-olds cannot attend a repetitive, weight-based class. If you are unsure, please contact your centre. You must be 16 or over to attend fitness classes and the gym unsupervised. However, we do offer specialist classes for 14 and 15-year-olds to attend without adult supervision which you can find here.

Our 33-metre main pool with moveable floor is a great place for you to build up your swim fitness or have fun with your friends and family. Our smaller pool is an ideal environment for beginners and children, with the slightly warmer temperature allowing for a more comfortable swim. Please note, children under eight must be accompanied by an adult. Small pool: one adult can accompany three children if all aged between four and seven years old or one adult can accompany two children under eight if only one is under four years old.
