What is it?

Pregnant women can keep active in one of our pool-based Aqua Natal group classes. You don’t have to worry about the strain of exercise on your body as the water keeps you fit in a safe and supported way.

Why do it?

Water-based exercises are ideal for pregnant women because by working the abdominal muscles, you can build a stronger core and improve your posture which can relieve some of the back pain associated with carrying a child. The water is also very supportive, reducing gravity to around 10%, which means that mums-to-be can work hard without worrying about any adverse effects.

Who is it for?

This class is for expecting mums who still want to keep active in a safe and effective way.
