What is it?
This pool-based session uses a series of aerobic and strength-based exercises in shallow water.
Why do it?
You'll work through different interval stations in the water to achieve an all-body workout. Taking place in the pool, you’ll have a stress-free workout using a variety of exercises and water resistance to work the core muscles.
