What is it?

Squash is a high-intensity racquet sport that will have you moving around the court while trying to outfox your opponent.

Why do it?

Based on hitting a ball against the playing surface, squash can be played in singles or doubles. It’s an effective workout that can improve your cardiovascular health as well as your hand-eye coordination. You’ll constantly be moving to get to the ball, burning calories in the process and increasing your fitness. In this sport you’ll stretch, lunge, reach and hit your way to better health, all while having fun. To book a court, choose a centre below and pick a time slot.
