Intensity Level

What is it?

Come and have a go on our bouldering wall to keep active, have fun and try something new. There are no ropes or harnesses in this climbing activity, simply a mat to cushion any slip ups.

Why do it?

Bouldering is great fun for the whole family and an interesting way to keep fit. Using your physical and mental skills, you will work the whole body as you navigate the bouldering wall to reach the top. Your problem solving and endurance will be tested as you find the best route to scale the wall. We have safety matting to cushion any slip ups and you can hire climbing shoes for the full experience. Choose a centre below to view the times of our sessions.

Who is it for?

During this session the wall is open to everyone, so come and give it a try.
