What is it?
If you haven't played netball for a while, this is the perfect re-introduction! Everything is the same as you remember about the game of netball, except you have to walk. No running, and no jumping!
Why do it?
Perfect for people who love netball but are unable to keep up with the fast-paced version of the game. A great alternative to fitness classes and the gym. Keep fit whilst having fun! Also a great social activity.
Who is it for?
Generally, this is aimed at older people who used to love playing netball in their younger days and want to play again at a slower pace.
All equipment is provided - balls, bibs etc, and there is also a qualified walking netball leader who will supervise the session.
