What is it?
This time of the week is a great opportunity for 14 and 15 year olds to use the gym independently.
Why do it?
Young persons gym gives 14 and 15 year olds the chance to use the gym without being accompanied by an adult. This includes two age appropriate/equipment appropriate classes (variable times/type of class per site). Work alongside trained staff to get to know equipment and start to build strength, endurance and fitness.
