What is it?

Combining smooth and graceful movements to increase flexibility with deep breathing for relaxation and focus, Tai Chi is a well-rounded class for all ages and abilities.

Why do it?

Improve your flexibility and calm the mind in this gentle exercise. Originally developed as a martial art, Tai Chi has positive effects both mentally and physically. You’ll improve balance, mobility and leg muscle strength while reducing stress and increasing relaxation. All ages and abilities can feel the benefits of Tai Chi, choose a centre below to book a class.

Who is it for?

This low-impact exercise won’t put pressure or strain on your joints, making it the ideal class for all ages and abilities.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
