What is it?

Take your Pilates to the next level in one of our Pilates Progression classes. You’ll focus and strengthen both the mind and body while improving core strength, general fitness and wellbeing.

Why do it?

If you are looking to step up your Pilates practice, Pilates Progression is the class for you. You’ll work even harder on your core stability and postural muscles for a full-body workout to improve your fitness and tone your muscles. Through smooth flowing movements and breathing techniques, you’ll leave each class feeling relaxed and fulfilled. Who is it for?

Pilates can be tailored for all ages and abilities and is a great exercise to improve balance, posture and general fitness and wellbeing. This class is best suited for those with some understanding of Pilates who want to take their knowledge to the next level.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
