Learn the fundamentals of Pilates in this stripped back class, whether you’re a beginner or simply want to further your knowledge. You’ll focus and strengthen both mind and body in this well-rounded class.

Start your Pilates journey or deepen your understanding of the practice with this foundation class. Pilates is a well-rounded practice that helps you focus and strengthen both your mind and body. There is particular emphasis on core stability and postural muscles to help you increase muscular balance and improve your posture and joint mobility. Who is it for?

Pilates can be tailored for all abilities and is a great exercise to improve balance, posture and general fitness and wellbeing.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
