What is it?
Combining moves from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, a Body Balance class will tone, strengthen and stretch your body.
Why do it?
Build strength and flexibility as you bend and stretch through a number of simple Yoga moves with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Using breathing control, you’ll improve your mind and body and feel calm after every Body Balance class. Get centred and relaxed while you exercise, choose a centre below to book your class.
Who is it for?
Our instructors will provide options for beginners so don’t worry about your fitness or flexibility level, this class is for anyone wanting to build strength and work the whole body in a relaxing setting.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
