This class is for mature exercisers who want to take part in a varied but gentle workout to keep them active.

Why do it?

This activity combines gentle aerobics, seated exercises and light dancing to create a fun and varied workout for mature exercisers. You’ll keep fit and meet new people in this class designed specifically with you in mind. For a great addition to your weekly activities, come to a Young at Heart session.
