What is it?
Total Body Workout combines aerobic and resistance exercises to give you an all-over workout using both your body weight and hand weights.

If you want an all-in-one class that covers a variety of exercises, Total Body Workout is the session for you. Improve your fitness with each session and start by moving at your own pace to suit your ability.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
