Who is it for?
This training is adaptable to any ability and can fit into a varied workout routine. By using elastic resistance bands, your body has to work harder, helping you to lose weight, tone up and build muscle over time.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
