You’ll move through a range of exercises using both your body resistance and different gym equipment to help build strength, tone muscles and reduce body fat. Work towards your fitness goals and sculpt your body as you get all of your major muscles working to achieve full-body conditioning. Our trained instructors will get you motivated and lead you through the session to help you hit your fitness targets. Who is it for?
This is for anyone who wants to take part in a conditioning workout to build their strength. Our instructors will give you different options to suit your fitness level so no matter what your ability, you can take part in this fun and varied class.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
