What is it?

Pump uses barbells and weight plates to achieve all-over toning and conditioning. Choosing the weights you want to work with, this interval-based class is suitable for all abilities.

Why do it?

Choose your own weights to match your ability in this strength-building class. Work up from small to heavier weights and move through a variety of squats, lunges and press-ups to help build your muscle, achieve better conditioning and complete a full body workout. Who is it for?

This exercise is for anyone that wants to build muscle and improve body conditioning. Suitable for all abilities because you choose the weights that you want to use.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
