What is it?

Work towards a lean, toned up body using handheld weights. You’ll move through controlled sequences to achieve an all-over workout in this strength-building class.

Why do it?

Moving through different sequences, you’ll use kettlebell weights to tone up your muscles and work towards keeping them lean. This popular technique targets the whole body and is great for everyone because it focusses on the movement of your body, not the size of your muscles. Who is it for?

You can go at your own pace as you work towards toning up your muscles and working the whole body.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
