What is it?
Using different exercises and gym equipment, you’ll work through everyday movements such as walking, reaching and lifting to achieve all over conditioning and flexibility.

The workout has been based on movements you use throughout a normal day, so you can start to feel the benefits immediately and because it’s based in the gym, you’ll get to know your way around the equipment with one of our trained instructors. Who is it for?
This class aims to improve everyday movements so all abilities can take part as you work at your own pace.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
