Core conditioning is a great way for you to get in shape and improve your overall strength. It primarily works your abdominal and back muscles, which can lead to a flatter stomach and tighter core. This is the perfect class to complete your weekly fitness routine and in just 30 minutes, you won’t have to spend hours in the gym to get an effective workout. Who is it for?

This is for those who want a high-energy, conditioning workout in a short amount of time. You can move at your own pace but please talk to your instructor beforehand if you have any concerns with this area of the body.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
