This is for those who want a high-energy, conditioning workout in a short amount of time. You can move at your own pace but please talk to your instructor beforehand if you have any concerns with this area of the body.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
