What is it?

Circuits have something for everyone. By using a variety of activities and drills, you’re able to do a full body workout in one class.

Why do it?

Work the whole body in a short amount of time as you move through different exercise stations. Combining an intense cardio workout with muscle toning, this is an effective way to reach your fitness goals. Get rid of the boring treadmills and take part in an exciting, versatile exercise with endless options.

Who is it for?

Circuit training can help achieve a variety of goals, from losing weight to building or toning muscles. Suitable for all abilities, it’s also a great way for you to build your base fitness up.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
