What is it?

Get your gloves on and relieve stress in one of our Boxercise classes. You’ll work the entire body as you follow the same training concepts that professional boxers use.

Why do it?

Combining both aerobic and anaerobic exercise, this diverse workout allows you to enjoy boxing training without having to step in the ring. You’ll improve your hand-to-eye coordination, balance, and timing in this energetic class. Who is it for?

This workout is a challenging one but can be adapted to suit most fitness levels. Talk to your instructor before your class about any concerns.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
