What is it?

This is an all-over activity that uses your own body resistance and hand weights to create a varied workout.

Why do it?

This whole-body workout is great for those who want to try a few things in one class. There are a variety of parts to the session, which means that each one can still be new and exciting. Using your own body and hand weights you’re able to adapt the workout to suit you. Our instructors will lead you through the session to make sure that you get the best out of it. Who is it for?

This is great for anyone that wants to take part in an all-round workout to improve their base fitness.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
