What is it?

Use a range of studio equipment and conditioning exercises to get stronger and tone your whole body in this high-energy workout.

Why do it?

Get fitter, stronger and leaner in this low-impact, high-energy class. You’ll use a range of fitness equipment during controlled exercises to increase your muscular endurance. Our qualified instructors will guide you through each class as you tone and sculpt your entire body. Choose a centre below and book your Body Blast class.

Who is it for?

This all-over body workout can be adapted for all fitness levels.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
