What is it?
Using a height-adjustable step and a variety of exercises, you’ll work the whole body with particular focus on toning your legs and bum in our Body Step class.

Burn calories and work the whole body as you take on cardio exercises and muscle conditioning moves. Our instructors and energising music will motivate you to work harder as you build stamina and general fitness in each class. Who is it for?
You can take part no matter what your fitness level. Adjust the intensity of your workout by raising or lowering the height of your step while still achieving all over toning.
Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
