What is it?

Using the fun Zumba dance techniques combined with weight-focused exercises, Zumba toning is an easy-to- follow aerobic workout to keep you fit and help you tone muscles.

This class is a step up from the ordinary Zumba workout. By using weights, your body works harder and you can start to build and tone your muscles as you dance. Who is it for?

This class is for anyone wanting to tone up in a fun environment with like-minded people. You can move at your own pace to match your ability.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
