What is it?

This low-impact, high-energy workout uses a height-adjustable step and targeted moves to improve general fitness and tone the legs, bum and tum.

If you want to concentrate on toning your lower body while improving your fitness levels, Step, Bums and Tums is the class for you. You’ll work through a variety of effective exercises on and around your step in this energetic class that can help you lose weight. So step your bum and tum into one of our classes and start feeling the benefits today.

Who is it for?

No matter what your fitness levels, you can take part in our class and achieve all over toning. Simply raise or lower the step for different intensities. Scroll down to book a class.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
