What is it?

For a full-body workout with particular focus on toning your lower half, this class will take you through a variety of exercises using a height-adjustable step.

Work through cardio exercises and muscle conditioning moves using a height-adjustable step to burn calories and achieve a full-body workout. Who is it for?

This class suits all abilities as you chose the height of your step to achieve a full body workout and raise your fitness level.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
