What is it?
Salsacise combines dancing with aerobics for a fun way to improve your fitness.
Why do it?
By using dancing and aerobics together you can improve your fitness and have fun at the same time. The class is set to music as you’re led through a series of moves and exercises by our trained instructors. You don’t need to be a dancer or bring a partner to take part, it’s just an enjoyable way to get fit.

Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
