Achieve an all-over workout in this unique class. You’ll use a specially designed weighted hoop to strengthen your core and lower back muscles, which can lead to a slimmer waist and muscle toning. Who is it for?

Burn calories and shrink your waist in a fun and low-impact exercise. The shape and weight of the hoop makes it easier to do than hula hooping so all abilities can take part.

​Please note, you must be 16 years old to attend a fitness class. 14 and 15-year-olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.
